We realise the importance of your personal and payment details that you provide us with on our Website and rest assured that all information is submitted and stored securely. The information that you provide will not be given to any other parties or used by us for any other purpose other than executing your order with us. Parties such as our couriers and postal agents will only be provided with the address and contact details as required by them to fulfill the delivery of the goods purchased. Do you ship to addresses outside of Ireland? We currently ship within the Republic, Northern Ireland, UK and select countries accross Europe. If you would like your item to be sent to a different country please use the 'Contact Us' page quoting your required delivery address and the items you wish to purchase and we will let you know within 48 hours of the costs involved if delivery is available to your country. How long does delivery take? Orders placed before 12 PM GMT Monday to Friday (excluding national and bank holidays) will be dispatched within 24-48 hours , subject to stock availability. Deliveries are made during business hours only and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the delivery, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery (an accepting signature is required), a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot. The telephone number of the recipient should be included in the order process to allow the courier to contact the recipient to organise delivery. The recipients work address is probably the most appropriate address. I have been given a voucher for your store, can I use it online? Unfortunately, Gift Vouchers can only be used when presented as payment in person at our store in Mainguard St., Galway. However, you can use the site to find an item that you want and email/telephone us to hold that item for you for when you come to the store with your gift voucher. How do I return an item to you? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase when you shop online with us at www.barnagifts.ie. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase through our website and you wish to return it, you must contact Barna Gifts by email stating the reason for the return within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number. The product must be returned to Barna Gifts in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Refunds will be arranged in these circumstances to reflect the original value of the relevant product, excluding postal charges from the original order and costs of returning the item to us. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure that returned products reach Barna Gifts in good condition and we recommend that registered post be used in these cases for traceability. For purchases that you have made in person at our store in Galway, please contact the store directly for terms and conditions as outlined on your Epos til receipt. Should any item arrive to you faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, quoting your order number. You can do this through the 'Contact Us' page quoting your order number. Goods which are faulty or damaged in transit must be returned to Barna Gifts in the original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be arranged in these circumstances to include the original value of the entire order or product returned.
